Do you have your strategy for the zombie apocalypse in order? Of course you do. Well, a new study released by CareerBuilder suggests that New Yorkers are going to have their work cut out for them once the undead roam the earth.
The job-hunting site has elected to look at 53 U.S. cities in a bid to determine which metropolis has the best shot of surviving if zombies are about to wreck our sh*t. Four key factors were investigated above all when hashing out who will do better in this nightmare scenario. Containment, defense, food and the ability to craft a cure check in as the highly important quartet of things to take into consideration. Excelling in one category (like Grand Rapids does in terms of food supply) doesn’t always guarantee a spot in the “most likely city not be eaten alive” power rankings.
So who won? Who should feel the safest when there’s no room in hell and the dead walk the earth?
In a development which may or may not direct attention to the city’s braaaaaiiiiiinnnns, Boston has earned the crown as the most likely city to survive a zombie apocalypse. America’s most shouty and Sully-y city got top marks for its likelihood of being able to find a cure and wound up beating out Salt Like City and Columbus in the overall rankings.
